Bio
Virginia Ronchi
I had known Sherin Hashem as a candidate for the Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at LSU Health Science Center. During that time and now, she always demonstrate to be highly motivated and professional to complete her dissertation and embrace new research projects. During presentations and discussions she always evidenced deep knowledge in the stem cell field and exposed in clear manner complex problems. She showed abilities as independent researcher, enthusiasm and capability in learning new techniques/methodology. She is a high quality person, very kind as a fiend and colleague and she is very good working in a multidisciplinary team. I highly recommend her for any future position in stem cell and beyond.
Diane Knutson
Although Sherin only worked at CIBMTR for a short time, every project she worked on was done with impeccable quality. She quickly learned the details of blood & marrow transplant, so it is no surprise to me to see how much she has accomplished after. It would be my pleasure to collaborate on a research project with her again.
