  Second level support Senior Expert Trans IT is one of Egyptian National Railways (ENR) companies which involves with initiating, and administrating ENR Data Center, Projects (Strategic Ticketing, Subscriptions, ERP, Train Delay, ...), and supporting its more than 6000 clients with different OS's like( MS Win XP, Vista, 7, 8, Server 2003, 2008/R2, Win XP Embedded, Win Mobile...),Devices like( Servers, PC's, Laptops, Printers, Thin clients, Network devices, Hand Held PC's ...) of many brands like (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Fujitsu Siemens,...). My present job involves various IT duties in person, by phone or remotely like supporting ENR clients, installing and administrating HPSM, HPCA, SCCM servers. -Leading a team of 12 engineers to achieve our jobs indicated at junior job duties. - Applying ITIL Standard Strategies according to ENR Environment. - Handling Processes to co-ordinate Among IT different teams. - Build, Correct, and Update Knowledge base Libraries corresponding to troubleshooting strategy plan. - Set training plan for team member, check availability, and execute suitable Training - Set development plan according to international out of box. - Document installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for administer servers. - Handling availability, functionality, and productivity based on evaluation designed template. - Update recycles strategy based on ITIL. - Recently Trans IT has started with one of ENR largest projects named: PCM that project concerned with the on train tickets collectors (كمسارية القطارات) consists of 1100 PDA with Windows Mobile installed, Bluetooth printer connected, connects to ticketing system servers via network cradles, reports issued with a head office PC, and used by about 5000 tickets collectors allover Egypt. My team and I handled the project from the PDA configuration, prerequisites, installation, and the major challenge was training the IT illiterate tickets collectors. Show less
