One of my key tasks is to supervise and direct team of 15 HR professionals and Admin officers as well as develop and enforce HR policies whilst maintaining compliance with multinational criteria. I deliver optimum service in establishing HR vision in alignment with company targets. It is worth mentioning that I manage and approve payrolls for all Naga employees in the UAE, US, KSA and Egypt. I am involve in drafting labour-cost reports to develop mutually beneficial plans. I execute formalities in relation to UAE labour law. I am responsible for conducting performance appraisals to promote professional growth and increase productivity as well as performing annual salary reviews and recommending appropriate adjustments. Furthermore, I counsel staff and management in areas of general workplace policies, job performance, working relationships, career development and job opportunities. I authored HSE Man-Hours report to assess man-hours achieved during projects as well as performed appraisal analysis to streamline annual salary review. My notable duty was co-ordinating with the cost-control department to design three-year project demobilisation plan for the Iraq branch. I render significant efforts in creating payroll reports and monitoring salary payments/final settlements for the Oman branch. I provided advice on insurance policies and other benefits.
