As an Operations Business Analyst I am responsible for prioritizing and organizing my job responsibilities and projects. I am expected to manage my own time and ensure priority projects are completed by their deadline. Projects include evaluating business requirements, project scope, developing of new operational procedures, testing and implementing new procedures into everyday operational processing. I communicate daily with external clients via email or conference calling, as well as, internally with supporting departments such as finance, IT and product development. Having an understanding of supporting tracks and client products is essential to being able to communicate with clients. There may be times that I am asked to assist other analysts on client projects that I am not familiar with. This means that I am responsible for becoming familiar with client and their specific products.
