I had the pleasure of working with Sheri when she was a Customer Advocate and Customer Service Representative at Exact Software. Sheri worked with our customer base and was responsible for add-on sales of software and services; as well as, helping to keep customers on our annual software maintenance program. Sheri has solid customer service and sales skills. She isn’t afraid to dig to find answers and does so in an unimposing way. She is very good at building rapport, communicating the next steps and then following through to keep the sales process moving. She has a very good presentation style that is focused on selling versus training. Sheri also worked well with other internal teams. Whether she needed assistance from the Custom Development Team, the internal Pre-sales expert, from accounting or various other managers, Sheri was well respected by everyone and was able to solicit the help from employees within other departments and other managers easily. I’m glad we were able to utilize Sheri within the sales and customer care team at Exact JobBOSS. She made solid revenue contributions each year and was a positive influence for our organization.
