As the Safety Point of Contact for my area, I am responsible for the general safety of our employees. I provide safety training, incentives, conduct safety meetings, investigate accidents and injuries, ensure compliance with all department, state and federal regulations. As a Safety Representative; I conducted safety meetings, investigated accidents and injuries, and ensured compliance of my section with all department, state and federal laws.Additionally, I was the adminstrative assistant to the East El Paso Area Engineer, where I performed all the adminstrative and clerical duties required of me by the department.
