I had the pleasure of having Sheree on my team at YMCA Canberra for 16 months. In her time at the Y, she was instrumental in building systems and process to ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of programs across a wide variety of sport and recreation programs. Sheree was responsible for a number of diverse programs with very little commonality and conflicting priorities. With a focus on getting things done and a passion for developing the people around, she was able to perfectly balance when to manage and when to roll up her sleeves and get things done resulting in her ability to always deliver the required outcomes. While she has been a loss to our team, her successors have experienced significant success off the platform she has built.
