  I work in the reminiscence community of this assisted living facility. My duties include giving care and assisting with all or some ADLs depending on the resident using a hoyer lift or sit-to-stand as needed. ADLs including bathing, feeding, dressing, continence care, brushing teeth, washing hands, as well as providing companionship. My job is deeper than providing care and assistance with ADLs, I build bonds with each resident. Creating an environment for them to reminisce as well as create new memories. Show less
