Alice led the Advantis team in find resources that would fit several requisitions I had open. Our inside recruiting team did an amazing job on finding candidates, however, we just could not find the right resource. We outsourced our efforts to Advantis and was assigned Alice as our lead. Once she finished her client intake process with me her and her team began to work and came up with extremely strong candidates which I've hired one and will hopefully be extending an offer to another.
