      My current responsibilities as a radiographer in the department of Radiology at Sri Jayawardenapura General Hospital Sri Lanka started after my graduation.I have gained the clinical experience of almost on every imaging modality as per the academic practicals during my undergraduate period Currently major in cardiac catheterization imaging(Philips Allura systems and Toshiba ), Mobile radiography(Shimadzu Eco mux 2012 andAllengers MARS 50R 2009), conventional x ray(QUANTUM QG mediquipment 2003,Siemens 2013,Shimadzu RADSPEED 2013 ) ,computed tomography (16 slices ALEXION ),Magnetic Resonance imaging (Siemens Magnetom 3.0 T), DSA,Computed and digital radiography.I'm acknowledged with necessary protection devices . Softwares , protocols which are used at different imaging modalities which I used to work .i have a good practice of imaging in non standard imaging environment on the point of manipulating the exposure factors and so on .Patients who admit for CT scans , are supervised and invigilated by me to acquire good set of images for the diagnosis In consequence i use to,-maintain sterility in theater procedures-perform clean service with the current COVID -19 situation-identify patients correctly with efficient patient communicationI was responsible regarding any issues such repeat exposures, high dose usages , machine malfunctioning ect : which happen during my working hours Gained the competence in handling the routine imaging procedures. Carried Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures Acknowledged with image processing through automated processors and manual processorsI always used my skills and knowledge To support the other health care teams to approach the succes ending in the procedures Therefore always the The Treatment or the diagnosis could be done successfully for the patients Show less
