Shenaz Jeraj is very polished, professional, hardworking and intelligent individual with great insight. She is an excellent project manager. Having worked with her as my project manager at Alberta Health Services I found her management style very friendly, detailed and balanced. Her communication and mentoring skills were outstanding. She made us all work together seamlessly as a team. She showed great confidence in her team and brought out the best in each individual. Due to her vast project management experience she was always able to pro-actively anticipate and manage risks/changes allowing for a very smooth sailing and successful project. Having worked with her once, I eagerly look forward to working with her again in future.

It was my pleasure to work with Shenaz on the Covenant HR Pay project. Shenaz was identified as a ‘returning resource’ due to her incredible diversity and versatility and was approached by management to return to this program. Shenaz was assigned the role of ‘Integration Lead’ – a key role that was required to ensure significant issues with people, process and technology integration points were addressed in a timely manner. Shenaz quickly aligned her skill set and past experience to champion this effort and assist the project management in this key area. With Shenaz’s quick adaptability, she quickly supplemented this role with additional responsibilities. The challenge for this project was its public sector, inter-company focus along with the transition to a service focused organization for Covenant Health and associated challenges. Shenaz’s ‘can do’ attitude, her attention to detail and the professionalism she displayed over this complex and challenging project was a critical contribution that ensured our project success. It was my pleasure to work with Shenaz and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
