This role was multifaceted. I began as an adult English instructor for international students achieving English proficiency to matriculate to the undergraduate program at VA Tech. In addition to teaching, I also helped pioneer and implement the J1 Scholar Interview process now used by school across the nation and assisted with TOEFL Administration and Department Formative Assessment.
