Bio
Christopher Follmer, M.A.
I worked with Shelly for many years at DocuSign, both in the same group and not in the same group. Shelly was instrumental in negotiating and enabling multiple custom engagements for training with customers. She was an outstanding enablement manager and learning strategist. I also was able to observe Shelly teaching in the classroom, both in-person and over Zoom. Shelly is a consummate professional trainer. She is energetic, involved, and engaging. In a particularly difficult task where she had to be filmed as essentially an actor for a training video, Shelly excelled. We created several extremely involved videos for a new product with filming Shelly as the main customer-facing persona. She excelled at this, as she will likely excel at anything she attempts. Every time I worked with Shelly, I was always impressed with her intelligence and energy. I have always also found that Shelly is more than willing to help others, going above and beyond to do so, even with mundane or minor tasks. Shelly will make an outstanding contribution in any role she takes on.

I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with Shelly while we were both product trainers at DocuSign. From the start of my time on the team, she was the definition of positivity and brought so much purpose to our team. During team discussions, you could always count on Shelly to contribute her thoughts and ideas while supporting the thoughts and ideas of others. Anytime I got to work directly with Shelly was always a great experience. She carved out the role of Learning Strategist at DocuSign and made it possible for others (including me!) to follow in her footsteps and take on more responsibility as an individual contributor. I'm very thankful to her for that. I would be absolutely honored to work with Shelly again in the future!
