I completed a second Master's degree in Educational Leadership through Washington State University and University of San Fransisco in Dec. 2018. Received my credential and licensure in June 2018. I completed two years of internship at the elementary level May 2018. Throughout the internship, I helped guide teachers in implementing new readers and writers workshops for literacy, collected data for our Student Services Team to help improve the support for students performing below benchmark standards, Evaluated and improved the supervision and safety practices for the school building, and led teacher and parent trainings to build cultural competence and skills for all stakeholders.
