      I assisted in the transition of adult clients, to programming at The Ecker Center for Mental Health.This was a Full Time position for a two month period during October & November of 2013. I currently provide overnight supervision to mentally ill clients at The Ecker Center for Mental Health at their Supervised Residential Program. My other responsibiliteis include filing, medication monitoring, writing notes regarding each clients night time activities, restocking supplies, cleaning, assembled a controlled medication book, auditing files, and other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.       I was responsible for the supervision and managagement of 8 Team members. Our program was the first of its kind in the state. I assisted in writing the Program. I was responsible for maintaining a balanced budget, scheduling of staff, staff evaluations, and staff development. I was also responsible for management of the Group Home in regards to supervision of 8 mentally ill young adults 18-21 years of age. I was responsible for writing and implementation of Individual Treatment Plans, and all other tasks associated with managing a Group Home. Ie. Menu planning, grocery shopping, household supply shopping, cooking, and over all upkeep and supervision.
