  Performs in a lead design and project management role in all phases of project design with a focus on strategy, visioning, programming, conceptual design, design development, detailing, documentation, and FFE. Creates project work plans for interior scope, including scope definition, staffing, interior budget analysis, client and consultant contract, documentation of client goals and expectations, internal and consultant team management, fee proposals, additional services requests when appropriate, and monitors project profitability. Exhibits leadership both within the firm and outside of the firm to achieve project goals on behalf of the client, the firm and staff. Serves as a resource to the team and monitors project progress regularly, adjusting the plans as necessary to ensure all project goals are met. Involved in project interviews and crafting proposals.
