  I have been a member of the safety committee at Donaldson Company for the last 14 years. While holding a committee position I have helped plan most of the training that takes place in the plant. I also have worked closely with the supervisors to organize all the training done on the floor. I am a vital part of our production floor. My job is titled "Production Utility " i am trained to go to many different areas and fill in when they are gone.
