My entire career has always been within the automotive industry. Joining Winnipeg Kia over a decade ago has enabled me to further improve my understanding and experience in this ever evolving industry. A portion of my job description includes being responsible for the final submission of all Kia Canada warranty repairs and ensuring they are accurate, approved and payment is received, plus a monthly reconciliation of the warranty schedule. In addition to this, I also manage and create content for our variety of social networks, including current, engaging and desirable content on all platforms. Included in this is upholding our online reputation across the board, overseeing and managing a variety of areas within our website. On top of this, always ensuring our advertising is effective and accurate - especially with our new and used inventory. Minor roles also include general IT issue resolution, customer liaison and organizing work related social events.I pride myself on being able to efficiently and effectively work with all departments within Winnipeg Kia and feel I complement our current amazing team throughout the store.
