Shelley Cadamy is, simply put, one of my very favorite people. In addition to having the pleasure of being her client through The Mettise Group, we also frequently do business together and I consider her a dear friend. I find Shelley to be a refreshing breath of honesty and transparency in a professional landscape that can sometimes be difficult to navigate. Shelley is smart, articulate, and authentic - a just the right amount of cowboy to keep people on their toes. She has helped significantly grow my businesses footprint in Tulsa and Oklahoma City and offered invaluable council and support. I highly recommend getting to know Shelley, whether she can help your business or not.

As President of Northwest Vista College and having served as Vice President and Chief Academic Officer at Tulsa Community College from 2008-2014, it is a pleasure for me to provide a recommendation for Ms. Shelley Cademy. During my tenure at Tulsa Community College and as the Employer of Record and Fiscal Agent for Workforce Tulsa, I had the good fortune to work very closely with Ms. Cademy in her role as their Executive Director. Ms. Cademy was able to earn an extremely positive reputation and rapport with the local business community, Tulsa Chamber, philanthropists, City of Tulsa, K-12 and higher education and numerous non-profits. In addition to the positive experience I had in working with Shelley as a colleague, the positive results for the thousands of citizens positively impacted through the services provided by Workforce Tulsa and their service providers exceeded all expectations. She proved herself an extremely competent and compassionate leader. During her seven years as Executive Director for the Workforce Tulsa, her resume fails to capture the significance of the role she played in rebuilding the reputation of WT and vastly improving departmental processes and procedures. Throughout her service to the citizens of the greater Tulsa area, she was always professional and was instrumental in the resolution of many contentious situations. In conclusion, I believe that Ms. Shelley Cademy will be a valuable asset to any organization and I offer my recommendation without reservation. Ric N. Baser, President Northwest Vista College

I am the trusted advisor I longed for when I was leading efforts and organizations. With nearly 30 years of experience in economic development, building entrepreneurship programs and advising business owners, I started Cadamy Business Consulting to take what I’ve learned to help leaders build and lead strong organizations. I lead peer groups for business owners, CEOs, and Executive Directors, because leading is hard and lonely, especially for those of us who have made leadership a goal since we were 12. I help business owners, CEOs, and Executive Directors create and execute strategy, because savvy leaders know leveraging my skills and expertise gets them where they want to go faster and healthier, saving them money, time, and emotional labor and making them look good. I provide economic development services, because great communities matter. My guiding principles are Leadership Matters. Great organizations make great civilizations. Well-led organizations create quality products and services that improve the quality of life for all. They also create meaningful jobs that allow people to support their families and contribute to their communities. Radical Candor. Respect means we communicate honestly, even when conversations are difficult. Partnership. I am a partner in your success, and I will always have your back. I will help you build capacity and hold you accountable respectfully, without shaming or blaming. Empathy. Understanding is the basis of any relationship.
