Founded in 2014 Oxbotica has over the past 8 years, deployed our software worldwide in a dizzying array of environments (whatever the weather!).Engaged initially as Head of Talent Acquisition, I remain fully responsible for partnering with Executive Leadership and Hiring Squad Managers to develop and execute a direct sourcing talent acquisition strategy that includes full life cycle recruiting, the development and roll out of a de-biased, gender neutral sourcing strategy across various locations and ultimately delivering a viable talent pipeline for the business. I lead the talent acquisition team whilst remaining hands on in attracting world class technology talent within the scale up autonomous vehicle and disruptive tech space. I truly believe that a diverse team member base is essential to building an inclusive culture. I also now work with stakeholders to develop and cultivate a sustainable inclusion programme that helps ensure a diverse and motivated workforce.Remit expanded to include Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for Oxbotica since Jan 2021.Notable highlights : -Championed our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) activity which is underpinned by our leadership principles. Driving partnerships with key organisations so as to bring in expertise against our DIB roadmap-Continued to lead a direct hiring model resulting in 167 offers and 141 new team members in 2022.
