I’ve worked with Shelley at Oxa (formerly Oxbotica) in her role as Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Director. Shelley has been inspirational in setting up and helping to sustain our internal voice groups, and is excellent at ensuring things get done, not just talked about. She has helped facilitate a range of voice groups, encouraging participation and giving space to many people to be able to improve the way we work and help us understand each other. She does all this thru her range of skills, including coaching, mentoring and facilitating.

I've had the privilege of working with Shelley for over 4 years. In her first role as Head of Talent she led the hiring process at Oxbotica, resulting in 10+ successful hires for my team alone and many times that number across the business as a whole. More recently Shelley moved to the position of Director of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, where she was able to fully focus on her passion for these topics. The human-centric organisational structures she instituted play a vital role in bringing "Oxbots" together to discover and celebrate our differences. I believe this has a demonstrable positive impact on company culture, individual wellbeing, and employee retention. I consider Shelley not just a colleague but also a mentor. She has helped me learn not only about hiring effectively, but about building a healthy workplace culture. I attribute much of my growth as a manager to her invaluable guidance and advice. On a personal level she is a fabulous person who radiates positivity. I would gladly work with Shelley again and have no hesitation in recommending her to future employers.
