Delivered a series of staff briefings on the procedure. - Participated in implementation of Real Time Information ensuring the HR and payroll system was ready by the deadline. - Successfully advocated for benefits information to be added to the website to contribute to IPPF's employer brand. Wrote the content and published to the website.
