Nov 2007 - Oct 2014
‘Think Publishing’ publish and distribute newsstand, subscription, customer and membership magazines, books, websites and direct marketing. I was originally recruited as an advertising production assistant artworking adverts and classifieds, however my design potential was quickly recognised and I moved into the art department full-time as a design junior and ultimately to Art Director. I gained a great deal of experience during this time as it allowed me to work across all aspects of a publishing company including new business pitches, company branding and more importantly magazine layout. Working at Bonhams really opened my eyes into the creative industry, enabled me to hone my organisational and communication skills, as well as develop teamwork abilities.
