A most unconventional move from one of the world's largest company's, I leapt at the chance to join a small (and mightily talented) team in a garage in Hammersmith to lead the brand to global growth and eventually acquisition by Beam Suntory. At Sipsmith we brought the craft and passion back into gin distilling and transformed a category, with extraordinary creativity. I was responsible for scaling the brand, in partnership with a brilliantly talented team. Key achievements: building a Cool Brand through events and experiences, launched top selling innovation, crafted and repositioned the brand which led to Cannes Lion for Mr Swan commercials, and conceived and executed Gin Sponsor of Wimbledon. With over 30 international awards, a U.K. CoolBrand, and voted in the Top Ten Trending Gin Brand for the 5th consecutive year, it fast became London's Dry Gin of choice. Show less
