Grew from a budget of $300,000 and 11 staff in 1991 to $7.3 million and 150 staff in 2004 and successfully positioned division to participate in the privatizing of child welfare service delivery and grew to a budget of approximately $10 million in 2006. The division provides a variety of services including home-based child abuse prevention and parent education, case management, counseling, adoption, foster care, residential group care, pregnancy counseling and supervised visitation centers.
