I manage the quality recruitment of market research groups, depths, ux testing, online forums, creative workshops, accompanied shops etc. I am responsible for the management of qualitative research participants using our database. I liaise with clients, providing quotes for work and then taking on projects. I manage projects from start to finish, using the database, creating screeners, and providing the relevant documentation for the participants and the clients. I am able to spot potential problems that may arise in recruitment and suggest solutions. As well as managing the projects I manage a team of 3 Senior Project Managers and support them where necessary to provide a quality service.
