During my time at NACWAA, it was an absolute pleasure working for Shelley Davis. Shelley has a tireless work ethnic and expects nothing but the best from herself (and her staff). She really does a wonderful job of bringing out the best in people; which is why she's a tremendous asset to intercollegiate athletics. Student-Athletes are lucky to have an individual like Shelley advocating for their well-being. She goes above and beyond to provide them with positive opportunities that will carry them beyond their athletic careers. A quote that reminds me of Shelley is "blossom where you're planted." Even in unfavorable situations, Shelley finds a way to WIN!

I attended NACWAA/ HERS in June, 2009 along with over 30 other fabulous women representing colleges, universities and conference offices across the country. Shelley did a tremendous job making sure we were prepared for the days activities, kept us focused and moving forward on a wonderful journey. The one week seminar was very well organized and she paid attention to every detail to make sure the class ran smoothly. On a personal note Shelley has been extremely heplful to me professionally in her encouragement. Thank you Shelley.
