      I was employed full time in this senior administrative position with a dual focus providing administrative and secretarial support for the Director of Ministries, and governance and administrative support to the Assembly Council and the Assembly. Secretary for the Assembly and Assembly Council: - Arrange meetings, assist in agenda preparation, oversee timely compilation and distribution of papers, conduct correspondence, follow up business and arrange/distribute reporting for the Assembly, the Assembly Council and its Finance and Risk Sub-Committee. - Ensure accurate minutes and records of Assembly, Assembly Council and Finance and Risk Sub-Committee and facilitation of meetings and retreats. - Provide assistance in the administration of Assemblies including the conducting of elections and oversee the compilation of Assembly Guides and the Association’s Annual Report, in partnership with the Communications Team. - Work with the Public Officer to comply with all regulatory matters and responsibilities on behalf of the Association and ensure that Assembly Council’s document portal is kept up to date. Since 2020, this role has also included Project Managing our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This has involved interpreting the NSW Governments Public Health Orders for Places of Public Worship and the wider community and preparing regular correspondence and updates to our family of churches.
