What can you say about a CEO that manages her people with respect, makes decisions for the better of the business and creates a positive open door atmosphere for the entire company... I can definately say that is Shelle Kulik. In my 4 years with Abigail Abbott- from Day 1 that I met Shelle I knew she would be someone I would look to in times of good and bad. Even though she was not my direct supervisor she challenged me to think outside of the box, but to always think about the bottom line and always make the client happy. Shelle knew even when things got tough- you had to be tougher and keep on giving 100%. I enjoyed every moment working with Shelle and am proud to have been a part of the team of Abigail Abbott. Shelle became my mentor and took a chance on me being in an entirely differnet field than retail and I appreciate her and the opportunity that was given to me. Shelle would make a great addition to any team and she would bring with her integrity, positive influence and the drive to get things done and make money doing so.
