  I work at Greensboro Country Club as a lead lifeguard. My job is to ensure the safety and happiness of all members, while mentoring and instructing the newer guards on how to do their job to their best ability. In addition to standard lifeguarding duties, I also organize/clean the pool deck, monitor the pool's chemicals, and check-in/check-out members and their guests.
