Overall leadership, vision implementation, staff team leadership, teaching, prayer, and other responsibilities. Main tasks have been providing pastoral leadership to help the church follow through with relocation and launching in a school. This has included transitioning staff and overall ministry strategy to a home/neighborhood (neighbourhood) small group structure connected with Sunday large gatherings. The transitioning/transformation role has turned out to be my primary (and needed) ministry at Bayshore Church while remaining faithful to the core culture of the church around community, family, and a radically Jesus-centered theology.
