  Starting as a Summer Camp Coach I was quickly promoted to teaching the most advanced courses such as Intro to Outdoor Climbing, where I was responsible for the lives of up to five students at a time and assuring they have a competent understanding of the technical skills needed to assess their own safety. After a year with the company, I became personally responsible for leading weekly practices for the Junior Varsity competition team where I worked closely with each athlete to ensure they achieved personal and team goals through Positive Coaching Alliance methods.   Beginning as an Intern, I became responsible for the day-to-day management of member services and accountable for inventory and maintenance of all technical equipment. I assisted members with large format and darkroom printing processes and would personally develop and scan all drop-off film. Occasionally I would assist in community workshops and youth education programs, as well as exhibit curation and install. My position at the Darkroom was critical for daily and long-term success.
