      I am responsible for the purchasing of all equipment for resale and internal use for Gaffaney's and our subsidiary companies. This includes all IT equipment, Copiers, Shredders, Timeclocks, Cash Registers and POS systems. I also handle the purchasing and transferring of parts to technicians for service of equipment. I coordinate the service for all walk in client equipment.       While employed there I was responsible for developing comprehensive weed management plans for all Subdivisions within the county. In doing so I would GPS map the proposed property, work with landowners to take ownership in implementing comprehensive weed management plans and inspecting property to verify and approve that plan was being completed prior to final subdivision approval through the county commissioners. I developed comprehensive skills in sprayer calibration, chemical rates and legal uses, environmental mitigation, time management, job site PPE and procedures, EPA regulations and policies. I also was the project manager for the New Invaders Project which involved all of the previous listed duties as well as grant writing and presentaion to the NWTF and grant comittee through the state of Montana. I was responsible for developing the yearly budget, processing all required paperwork for the grant, hiring of employees, scheduling of employees, managing and implementing state policies. Developement of landowner relations. Coordinating with various government agencies to develop updated processes for control of specific plants in relation to their specific areas of habitat.
