I have been knowing Shekhar Shinde from my bachelor's and master's time at IISER pune. He was like mentor for me during my lab training program and final year thesis project. I have learnt many research skills and how to approach the problem during my.project time and that helped me also during my PhD time. He has also taught me to be motivated even on my failed experiments. I remembered whenever we have difficulty with instruments or experiments shekhar is always there to help us with his expertise. I was lucky to have a senior like him during my undergraduate which inculcated the research aptitude. I believe he will be a great asset to the organization wherever he will go.
