My first experience with Sheila was when her firm, Product Development Consulting was selected to provide expertise in a product development project at Abbott Diagnostic's. The entire team at PDC provided the expertise, objectivity and rigor in working with a complex organization with competing demands to deliver a high quality result. I hired Sheila and PDC again, several years later for a product design goal project at bioMerieux. The PDC team produced an objective deliverable, on time, within budget working in a complex diverse cultural environment. I would not hesitate to hire PDC again and would highly recommend Sheila.

Through our several business interactions Sheila and I have developed a good professional friendship. Sheila is committed to the success of her clients and will go the extra mile to ensure their results. She is expert at navigating relationships from motivating the "dig in his/her heels engineer" to influencing "C" level management. The skills she has taught me through her engagements at Keithley Instruments form a big part of my product development tool kit. Sheila is a pragmatic, high integrity professional, with a wealth of "street level" experience and a great process for tapping the creativity of a product development team.
