  Although I have been involved with Step By Step since 1996, mostly as a board member, I served as the Executive Director January 2013 through October 2016. Step By Step is a mentoring ministry to at-risk young single moms age 14-24 and their children. I am now transitioned back to the Board, serving as Treasurer.   Fairveiw Farm is a 135 acre Sport horse boarding and Angus cattle farm. We have mostly dressage clients, but also have cross-country and stadium jumping capabilities. Fairview Farm is the training home of Linda Strine, FEI dressage rider, trainer and coach. I manage the farm employees, do the bookkeeping and monitor the horses' wellbeing.
