Home & Hospital Medical Personnel has been providing caregivers for patients in their homes as well as in the hospital or other facility since 1979. Our tradition of accreditation by The Joint Commission began in 1993, and we have consistently continued to attain their gold star. Bringing excellent, safe care to our patients is our primary focus. We provide R.N.s, L.P.N., and Certified Home Health Aides under the supervision of our director of nursing for both hourly or live-in care.
