I started working at the ROC when it first started operations in Monterrey. The main activities were to contact candidates from different sources, screen based on the different client requirement, and schedule interviews on site in different US locations. 3 months in I was promoted to the Business & Process Analysis Solutions (BPAS) where I performed monitoring and follow up on compliance audits for different Recruiting Operation Processes like Background Investigation, Drug Testing and I9 Verification. ABC Bonus Report: Compensation plan based on productivity and performance for the Recruiting Operations Team. This report would determine payable amounts per recruiter according to their audit results. 8850/WOTC: Development and implementation of a process to collect a new hire document not mandatory, but valuable to ACS for Tax Refund. The 8850 form had to be signed, mailed and delivered to Government offices within a 28 natural day period. Achievement: Effectivity was increased 70% after 3 months of implementation.. Show less
