   Recruitment: According to the company plan head count select resume, organize interview and implement recruitment procedure. Assist HRBP leader to hold campus event and make group interview.  Training: Trainee program Mentor Breakfast program TTT , Welcome camp , on job training for SA & Trainee personal skill and CS skill according to ZARA CDP in order to adapt store employee needs.
