Sheila was one of the best bosses I've ever had. Always a collaborator, Sheila allowed me the freedom to try new things to produce the nightly newscast, while still holding to strict journalism standards. She was constructively involved in news meetings, but gave me final call authority. She was actively engaged as a manager and backed it up with the support that I needed. In short, Sheila was a dream boss.
