Led By Foundation, a Harvard-incubated social enterprise is a professional leadership incubator for Indian Muslim women. Each participant of the LedBy Accelerator program undergoes a year-long experiential training and mentoring for professional development. We work and learn alongside like-minded women and pay it forward by mentoring a school girl. The program helps us deep dive into our journey to upskill ourselves, for us to be exceptional professionals and team members. Assisted the Registrar of Companies in matters pertaining to inspection and inquiry of Companies. Conducted extensive research on the Companies Act, 2013 and the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Lead a team of 6 people to draft briefs, complaints, petitions and counter affidavits in 60% of the cases related to the company law. Prepared case sheets, including brief history and orders passed in the prosecution case regarding the false assets of a company that was dismissed after 10 years. Show less
