I have been entrusted with responsibility of collected, collating and uploading data for NIRF for Jamia Hamdard for last two cycles of 2016 and 2017. In 2016 Jamia Hamdard was ranked 3 in Pharmacy and in 2017 it was ranked 1 in Pharmacy in all Indian Universities and Institutions.

The Department is active in research in all major fields of toxicology and faculty members take sponsored projects form governmental and non-governmental agencies. In December 2010 Department hosted the 30th Annual Meeting of Society of Toxicology (India) which was attended by over 400 delegates from Indian and abroad. The Department is having collaboration with leading research institutions and look forward to expand its research and academic programmes.
