NIRF is a national ranking framework of Government of India. NIRF ranks Indian Higher Education Institutes based on a number parameters of output and quality indicators. I have been entrusted with responsibility of collected, collating and uploading data for NIRF for Jamia Hamdard for last two cycles of 2016 and 2017. In 2016 Jamia Hamdard was ranked 3 in Pharmacy and in 2017 it was ranked 1 in Pharmacy in all Indian Universities and Institutions.

The Centre offers Master's programme in Clinical Research (M.Sc. in Clinical Research). The Centre was established in 2009 and since then it has emerged as a Centre for education and research in Clinical Research. I have been involved in conceptualization of the Centre, curriculum design, human resource scouting and placement of the students. The students of Centre has high rate of employment in pharma, clinical and regulatory organizations.

I was Head of the Department of Medical Elementology & Toxicology for over three years (March 2012 - 2015). This Department offers Masters and PhD programme in 'Toxicology'. There are 42 PG students, 23 research scholars, and 4 post-doctoral fellows in the Department. The Department is active in research in all major fields of toxicology and faculty members take sponsored projects form governmental and non-governmental agencies. In December 2010 Department hosted the 30th Annual Meeting of Society of Toxicology (India) which was attended by over 400 delegates from Indian and abroad. The Department is having collaboration with leading research institutions and look forward to expand its research and academic programmes.
