      I have over 33 years of experience in the inspection and design of structures and has served as a Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer and Team Leader on numerous inspection and design projects for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, New Jersey Department of Transportation, New York State Department of Transportation, TBTA, Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, and New Jersey Transit. My responsibilities include the inspection and design of bridges ranging from suspension span, short to long span and movable structures, including other structures such as culverts, sign structures, and high mast light structures. Responsibilities for these projects include planning and execution of inspection work, management of inspection teams, scheduling of work, operation of inspection equipment, scheduling of maintenance and protection of traffic operations, tracking budgets and preparation of invoices, contact with owner / agencies and other consultants, and preparation of inspection reports. Inspection reports included comprehensive documentation of structure conditions, recommendations for repairs, cost estimates for recommended repairs and updating bridge management systems.
