Vega Innovation has expanded its interest in electric vehicle charging, research and development, sustainable agricultural growth, and other products. It was an excellent opportunity to work with this company. I was assigned to the battery systems division. I carried out the tests of the charging-discharging cycles of the 'vega power cell' home battery pack. Meanwhile, I was assigned to design a PCB for a 50/12 V buck converter. Also, I was given the opportunity to develop a thermal chamber to test batteries with two of my fellow interns. I mainly focused on designing the temperature-controlling unit of the chamber. I gained experience in soldering and circuit design from that project. Also, I gained experience in assembling battery packs and making wire harnesses for the battery packs. Show less
