As an instructor at the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), I was fortunate enough to meet Sheena. My first impressions of her was that she was a very friendly person who showed an eagerness to learn, and was well liked as well as worked well with her classmates. She's a natural born leader that was evident when she instructed her peers. Sheena is a smart trainer; highly responsive to her client’s individual abilities and considerate of limitations. I could not be happier with her training ability and thought process for progressing a client. In my opinion, Sheena recognizes and respects the mind-body connection which shapes her training and as a result she delivers better workouts you’re your big box trainers (e.g. LA Fitness, 24 Hour etc.). She has demonstrated to me that she is committed to helping others and is destine for great things in the fitness industry. I hope I get to work with her in the future. I recommend Sheena to any employer and I highly urge you to consider her if you are looking to change the state of your fitness level for the better.
