  I have been responsible for the last 20 years arranging some complex business travel requirements for long standing clients. Using Amadeus as our GDS , making rail, hotel , hire car bookings, Making last minute changes to bookings , dealing with complaints and processing refunds on behalf of clients, searching relevant itineraries and dealing with personal holidays. In addition to this making sure the admin , banking and ticket reconciliations are up to date every day.
