  Ensure Excellence in Teaching and Overall Development of Every Single Child in Class through PLANNING, ORGANISING, ASSESSMENT and MENTORING.-Active team player in framing central idea, Lines of inquiry (LOI), key concepts, skills, attitudes and learner profiles for the IB UOI themes.-Designed and implemented long-term and short-term teaching plans such as weekly planners, Monthly and Annual UOI Planners.-Prepared planners, along with the required strategies for each stage, provocation questions, expected learning outcomes for every IB UOI themes that was successfully implemented.-Designed the classrooms and the Soft boards based on the on-going IB themes.-Integrated English and UOI through which the students were able to develop both their scientific as well as language skills that was widely appreciated by the co-ordinators.-Worked on consolidated planners and e-portfolio evidences for every theme in a short span of time that added a feather in my list of appreciations received.-Team building- constant feedback and suggestion given to the team to enhance their growth thereby helping them to smoothly execute their learning in the class.-Identified and organised field trip for the trans disciplinary themes to enable students to enhance their knowledge and also get to explore to build their new learning.-Organised Expert Talk for the trans disciplinary themes for the students to get an in-depth knowledge from the experienced practitioner. -Organised community service projects that enriched the students learning experiences through the interdisciplinary approach of the IB PYP UOI.-Conducted Campaigns and awareness on UN Day where students understood the importance of Green Environment and the aims of the UN towards the safe EarthConducted "Discover India" event-a fest through which students learnt about the culture of various states in India.
