To ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and best practices through development of auditing tools. Analyzes collected audit data, identify trend for staff re-training and implementing corrective action plans in collaboration with staff. Provides support to management to ensure that all documentation and reporting requirements are prepared and maintained in a professional and well-coordinated manner. Job Duties: Performing Quality Assurance tasks for the organization pertaining to documentation of processes, including but not limited to ensuring necessary documentation per program guidelines are followed. Performing internal supplemental audits to verify that facility records files are in compliance to applicable OPWDD standards and regulations. Conducting audits of inter-departmental workflows and provide any necessary recommendations to management based on findings. Identifying gaps in documentation and coordinate with management to arrange training as indicated. Perform protocol, data, and report inspections to verify program compliance with federal and state regulations and best practices. Develop regular reports of findings and any recommendations to be communicated timely to management team. Incident Review Committee Member, 147 investigations, Certified SCIP - R Instructor.
