I had the pleasure of working with Sheeba through her role as Orientation Officer with the Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) managed by ACCC. Sheeba is a very well organized, articulate, and competent colleague who delivered orientation sessions with great professionalism to future Canadians. She has an excellent understanding of Canada’s post-secondary education system (colleges and universities), is very well informed with respect to Canadian labour market information(LMI), and offers a broad network of contacts both in Canada and internationally to address the needs of clients. I would not hesitate to hire Sheeba should an opportunity arise in the future….and would recommend her to colleagues without reservation.

Sheeba Colvine is an outstanding individual and professional. She is highly capable, dedicated to her work, supportive of her teammates, and has tremendous leadership qualities. In the two years I was her manager, from 2011-2013, Sheeba consistently displayed her talents and capabilities to deliver the highest quality work, and at the same time be a source of support and guidance to the program and to her colleagues. Having Sheeba in our team was a tremendous benefit to the development and implementation of our program. She is proactive and creative in her work, with a strong focus on achieving success and meeting targets. Her warmth and kindness toward project beneficiaries, and all who have worked with her is what distinguishes Sheeba. She is highly motivated, has a great passion to help others, and has the skills to succeed and be successful in any environment. It was a tremendous pleasure working with Sheeba, an intelligent, competent and kind person, who always considers the needs of others. Sheeba will be a great asset to any organization, and I look forward to and hope to have the opportunity to work with Sheeba again in the future.
