      I was trained to take calls for a number of clients. I was trained primarily to handle calls for Quest Diagnostics Health and Wellness. We must use proper protocol to verify each caller into their account and personalize. A good portion of our calls are scheduling for appointments. I must follow privacy regulations while handling each call. We use scripting to open and close each call. I can type 60 WPM and am fluent with computers. I was recently trained for another client, School and Student Services. This client's primary focus is assisting parents all over the country with filling out applications for financial aid for children applying to private school in grades K-12. We assisted these parents by answering any questions that they may have about the application and how to fill in the application per the companies requirements. We assisted in basic troubleshooting any technical issues they may have with the system. Parents are often required to upload any federal and state tax forms that are required by each private school in order for the school to process their financial aid application. I have a basic understanding of federal taxes as well as Salesforce. After being trained for each of these clients I accelled so well that I was later named as a Team Lead. I was trained how to assist agents during their calls by answering any and all questions the agents may have.
