Sandwich Artist/Team Leader (Part time)
-
Oct 2011 - Sep 2013
The role involved having a positive general outlook, thriving in a busy working environment and working independently and as part of a team. There was a great deal of direct customer service and time constraints required a high degree of prioritisation, organisation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. I have completed online Subway University courses for 'Sandwich Artist' and 'Person in Charge' and have been awarded the respective certificates. Department of Chemistry Student Ambassador
-
Oct 2009 - May 2013
Main function was as a tour guide and making conversation with prospective students and their parents about the department, student life and living in Leicester. This position allowed me to develop exceptional communication skills and the ability to improvise and 'think on my toes'. Leadership qualities were important here, as well as personality and a positive outlook.
